Improvement and experience

This session took place in June 2021 and provided an opportunity for delegates to hear directly from trust leaders on the improvement successes of their organisations during the pandemic, what worked well, what didn’t work and why, whether these changes were sustainable, and what COVID-19 has taught trust leaders about the way they lead and support improvement in their organisations.
