With less than two weeks to go until the NHS Providers annual conference and exhibition, we wanted to share some of the key highlights coming up at the event, which will focus on how we can get the provider sector Fighting fit:
1. Hear an international perspective on healthcare delivery from Dr Jonathan Perlin, who will share his experiences of how strong leadership and embracing technology and informatics can deliver transformational change. Find out more about our keynote speakers.
2. Learn about the innovative steps that 12 trusts are taking to improve patient care. Find out more about the Provider showcase.
3. Explore and debate issues affecting providers in the strand programme, themes include building capability, delivery, relationships, and transformation. Find out more about the strand sessions and speakers.
There will also be plenty of time to network with dedicated exhibition time, the drinks reception at the end of the first day, followed by the conference dinner, where delegates will have the opportunity to hear from Dr Saleyha Ahsan.

New for this year, our free conference app is available to download for Apple and Android devices. All delegates are advised to download the app, as hard-copy programmes will not be available on site.On booking their conference place, delegates will be given a passphrase to download the app and access features including:
- Announcements: This is where we’ll announce any changes to the programme, upcoming sessions and key information you need to know. Please enable push notifications to allow messages to get through even when you’re not in the app.
- Create your own programme: Once in the conference programme, click ‘add to my schedule’ to create your own tailor-made programme of the sessions you don’t want to miss. You can see this in ‘my programme’.
- Networking: Check-in to the conference, see who is attending, and build connections with fellow delegates and exhibitors through the messaging function.
- Venue and exhibition layout: These interactive maps will help you find the exhibitors you want to visit and find your way around the conference.
- Presentations: Once the conference is underway, we’ll be sharing presentations in a dedicated section of the app. You’ll also be able to download them from our website.
